Huntsworth Mews were originally ancillary to the prestigious residences at Dorset Square, comprising fully-functioning coach houses. Over time, the mews became separated and repurposed, such that when Huntsworth Property acquired the block in 2021, it was a dark, vacant, ground floor office space with three flats above. Huntsworth Property saw an opportunity for an exclusive residential development and secured consent via Permitted Development.
The building was gently stripped back to its original masonry walls and floors and transformed into four stunning mews houses. Externally, the houses retain much of their characterful charm and respect the natural rhythm of their historical roots and streetscape. Internally, the properties have been rejuvenated for modern living with elegant craftmanship and contemporary style.
The debut project from Huntsworth Property was completed in 2022.
