Huntsworth Property carried out a sympathetic renovation and garage conversion to create a beautiful Central London townhouse, nestled on a tranquil cobbled mews. Set over four floors, the house was redesigned to maximise natural light from its dual aspect positioning and the ground floor space was transformed into a modern open plan kitchen and dining room. A new coach house style façade was installed, the brick work on the upper floors was painted and window boxes were added, making a positive contribution to the local Conservation Area.
The unmodernised building was acquired in 2022 and the project completed in 2023.
